		<description>&lt;p&gt;My interpretation of the last question/statement about height by the LD resident is that Parcel 24 is not a suitable comparable for Dainty Dot. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Parcel 24 is about 220' at the highest point on Kneeland Street and steps down in height to about 60' along Hudson Street. Dainty Dot is 320'?&lt;/p&gt;
