… I’m telling you why? Cause the Department of Transportation is coming to town… in a White Ford Escape Hybrid installed with 4(!) infrared cameras designed to read license plates. The Chinatown Blogger caught sight of this on Harrison Avenue today. The cameras are (I assume) to catch those who are behind in paying their fines. You have been forewarned.
