The structure is state property and is owned and managed by the (former) Mass Turnpike Authority. Recently, the MTA was merged with the Highway Administration, so presumably that entity will manage the site.</description>

		<description>I have a random question for you. What is in the building right next to the chinatown gate with the playground on one side and a mural on the other side facing surface rd? Doesn't seem like much use to me.</description>
