Chinatown Gate Park Update
I walk by the Chinatown Gate Park almost daily from my commute to South Station. Today I noticed that they had opened the sidewalk for pedestrian traffic on the Surface Road Artery (the road going up that leads into the I93 tunnel). This gave me an opportunity to take some more pix of the park.

Hi there! I hear the park is going to mostly open next week (just after Labor Day), with an opening ceremony on the 12th.
Also, I think this park is just called “Chinatown Park” and “Chinatown Gate Park” is the older, shady park area to the side of the gate behind the brick vent building.

Hi Bob, thanks for the update and the correct name. If you have a firm date of the opening, I like to go and take some more photos.
