Congratulations to City Councilor Sam Yoon

Congratulations to incumbent City Councilor Sam Yoon for winning the city-wide at-large seat. Before being elected as Boston City Councilor, Yoon labored many years in Chinatown crunching financing numbers at the Asian Community Development Corporation, a non-profit outfit that built low-income and affordable housing. The AsianCDC was noted for building the Oak Terrace apartments on 888 Washington Street and the Metropolitan at 38 Oak Street.
Also, congratulations to Lisa Wong, who won the mayoral race in Fitchburg, MA. If anyone has a picture of Lisa Wong, send it over so we all know what she looks like. The Chinatown Blogger believes this is Lisa Wong, the 2nd person from the right.
