Trigen Smoke 11/13

Our neighbor at One Beacon Street has struck again. He had promised that each time the Trigen plant spews pollution, he would take a photo and send the pics to this blog. The Chinatown Blogger would like to note here that the unnamed neighbor was the first person ever to send photos to this blog.
Here is the excerpt of the email received 11/13 2:55pm:
“I am still here. I have attached pics taken a few minutes ago of smoke blowing towards the Leather District.”
